Booking Instructions

While our online booking is very intuitive there are a few cases where you may need to call to get the appointment set up – see below:

  • How to Sign in (optional): To sign in at any time when you’re in the online booking site, just click the 3 little lines in the top right and it will bring up a menu. At the bottom of that menu, click “Sign In” and continue to follow the prompts. This will give you the option to see your bookings (past/future), your cards on file and your communication preferences.
  • HOLISTIC UPGRADES: If you need to add on an upgrade to your order, please write them in the Notes section as you are checking out online – you will be able to pay for them upon completion of services. We are working to create a solution for this issue so that you can get the upgrades purchased online – please check back for updates.
  • GIFT CARDS: Under “Other” – select Gift Card 1 hr. Massage – or – Gift Card 1 hr. Facial and continue to check out. Please write in the Notes when checking out – what Service your Gift Card says on the front and include the code on the back (the code could be a word + a number i.e. “Barn950” or a series of numbers). Be sure to bring your gift card in with you to your appointment. Thanks!
  • COUPLES MASSAGES: Be sure to double check that both your massages are booked at the same time and continue to check out. Also, if you’re trying to book a 90 minute or 2 hour Couples massage, you may need to call us to make an appointment – 706-965-3222 . 
  • SUNDAYS: If you need to book a Couples Massage on Sundays or if you’re trying to book a 90 minute or 2 hour Couples massage, you may need to call us to make an appointment – 706-965-3222 . 
  • MEMBERS:  Members can now book online ->  under “Other” – just choose the MEMBERS ONLY 1 hr. Massage option and continue to check out. Thanks!

STORE POLICIES

  1. Prices and services:  are subject to changes and updates without notice.
  2. Services:  We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary.
  3. Gift cards:  expire one year after purchase.
  4. Communication: Please communicate clearly what type or pressure of massage you would like with your massage therapist – if you are booked under Swedish and wish to receive a Swe-Deep and your massage therapist is not aware, you will receive a Swedish as you were booked. Also please be aware of the price differences if you do change your massage last minute.
  5. Payments:  Prepayment is preferred because it guarantees your appointment time and services to the best of our ability. However, whether you prepaid or not, we strive to provide services at the agreed time.  Sunday appointments – once set, cannot be changed – must be prepaid. No refunds. All other weekday appointments $100 or over must either be prepaid or have a $50 deposit or have a valid credit/bank card on file. This policy is in place to reduce the amount of No-shows and last minute cancelations, thank you for understanding.
  6. Memberships:  While Spa at the Barn does the best it can to bill and charge customers for memberships on time, it is the responsibility of the customer to check their credit or bank card accounts to ensure that membership fees are being charged as agreed in the contract. Members are ultimately financially responsible for all services received whether they were charged on time or not.
  7. Cash Payments:  If you prefer to pay cash you will need to come in and create an account with us and deposit funds and then you may call in a later date and make an appointment, or you can store a valid credit/bank card on your profile account and that will allow you to book an appointment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

  1. We require 24 hr. notice for canceling or changing appointments Monday through Friday.
  2. Refunds: as long as you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your weekday appointment, you will be given a full refund or funds will be credited to your in store account.
  3. No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations will be charged 50% of whatever services you booked, and/or that charge will be added to your next appointment total.
  4. Sunday appointments – once set, cannot be changed – must be prepaid. No refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances, you may reschedule one week prior to your scheduled appointment.
Note: Online Booking Prices include 4% credit card transaction fee.
