STORE POLICIES

  1. Prices and services:  are subject to changes and updates without notice.
  2. Services:  We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary.
  3. Gift cards:  expire one year after purchase: but can be uses for upgrades after the one year expiration date.
  4. Communication: Please communicate clearly what type or pressure of massage you would like with your massage therapist – if you are booked under Swedish and wish to receive a Swe-Deep and your massage therapist is not aware, you will receive a Swedish as you were booked. Also please be aware of the price differences if you do change your massage last minute.
  5. Payments:  Prepayment for Sunday appointments are required – once set, cannot be changed.  No refunds. All other weekday appointments $100 or over must either be prepaid or have a $50 deposit or have a valid credit/bank card on file. This policy is in place to reduce the amount of No-shows and last minute cancelations, thank you for understanding.
  6. Memberships:  Will be charged through Mango Mint on the date you sign the contract.

 

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICIES

  1. We require 24 hr. notice for canceling or changing appointments Monday through Friday.
  2. Refunds: as long as you cancel 24 hours or more prior to your weekday appointment, you will be given a full refund or funds will be credited to your in store account.
  3. No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations will be charged 50% of whatever services you booked, and/or that charge will be added to your next appointment total.
  4. Sunday appointments – once set, cannot be changed – must be prepaid. No refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances, you may reschedule one week prior to your scheduled  appointment.

MASSAGE/FACIAL POLICY

 

  1. You will receive the massage/facial you booked – However, if you require an adjustment to the pressure being applied at any time, please communicate this to your therapist/esthetician.  All therapists/estheticians perform with a different version of pressure.
  2. If at any time you feel too much pain during your massage please notify your therapist/esthetician immediately.
  3. Moderate to intense bruising may occur and last for up to a week. You may also experience nausea during/after massage. For black head removal, you may experience slight bleeding.
